we do know he is 24-year-old james holmes. he was arrested shortly after the shooting was called in right behind the theater in the parking lot. we also know police were able to confiscate his vehicle. they did find explosives inside that car earlier this morning. fire crews and police crews are still at his apartment which is not too far away from this theater in aurora. there was a cherry-picker out there earlier that was placed at the third floor apartment window. we're assuming that's the suspect's window. they were very careful about trying to get into that window, carefully taking off the window screen, looking inside and of course we just found out that they did find some explosives in that we talked to some witnesses earlier who said that they were simply watching this movie. this was a highly anticipated movie. lots of families came out here. about 300 people inside the theater at the time when the suspect allegedly came into the emergency exit. he was armed with two assault rifles, two pistols, and we're also told a
